Welcome.
Here
you will find a brief description of some of my Amateur Radio activities and other interests. For me, Amateur Radio has been
a never ending journey of discovery and it has held my interest for well over 30 years.
I would like to pay tribute
to my Elmer Len G3OJD, now sadly silent key, who inspired and guided me through my early radio years.
I would also
like to thank my wife Jane (M3NVH) and daughter Laura (M3NLW) and the many Radio Amateurs and friends who have contributed
to my enjoyment of the hobby and have freely imparted their knowledge, skills and support. Amateurs to whom
I owe a particular debt of gratitde include Peter G3XJP, for the excellent Picastar and Picatune projects, Ross GW3NWS for
his expert advice on Linear Amplifiers and all of my local Radio Amateur friends.
My Station consists of a mixture of Black Box and Home Constructed equipment and I make no claim of originality
for any of the information contained within these pages.
Finally here is a link to my local club the Riverway Amateur Radio Society, and a friendly and enthusiastic bunch.
I hope you find something of interest.
